- You set the tone the moment you walk in — energy, culture, standards.
- You observe everything, miss nothing, and act before a problem becomes one.

- Build, coach, and grow a high-performance team of Storytellers.
- Lead by example — warmth, discipline, storytelling, and service excellence.
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and daily learning.

4. The Operations
- Run the store with precision — inventory, hygiene, VM, freshness, processes.
- Build rhythms, routines, and rituals that keep the store humming.
- Collaborate closely with HO, HR, Training & Community to execute initiatives.
5. The Community
- Understand the customer deeply — their lifestyle, food habits, rituals.
- Build local relationships: creators, neighbourhood cafés, wellness spaces.
- Host tastings, events, micro-experiences that anchor us in Mumbai's local culture.
