We are looking for an experienced Strategic Communications Director to join our global team based in New York, New York. This role focuses on developing and executing creative strategies that align with the company's global vision, ensuring a cohesive narrative across divisions such as fashion, beauty, and talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, public relations, and brand development, with a proven ability to lead initiatives and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement creative communication strategies to align with the company’s global objectives.
• Collaborate with various divisions, including fashion, beauty, and talent, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Support the VP of Global Communications in delivering impactful public relations campaigns.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company’s reach and influence.
• Craft compelling narratives that enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility in the market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to ensure successful story pitching and media coverage.
• Provide strategic guidance on corporate communications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform innovative communication strategies.
• Oversee the development of press materials, including press releases and media kits, to support campaigns.
• Extensive experience in public relations, media relations, and corporate communications.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute innovative communication strategies.
• Strong background in developing narratives that enhance brand identity and reputation.
• Proven track record of securing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling press materials.
• Experience working with global teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of the home goods and design industry is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
