Responsibilities
- Exercise strong problem-solving skills to craft and present actionable recommendations to management and staff.
- Generate process improvement hypotheses and perform data analysis for assigned project tasks.
- Develop business cases, requirements, and performance metrics to track project success.
- Address critical business issues such as organizational effectiveness, management reporting, and overall performance improvement.
- Develop and conduct training on assigned projects to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve difficult business problems.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
- The ability to gather, synthesize, and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written form, for effective presentation and collaboration.
