Studio Coordination Intern – 6-month internship starting September 2026 – Paris:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated intern to support the daily coordination of our embroidery studio while gaining hands-on experience in creative studio operations within the luxury fashion industry.
This internship is designed as a learning opportunity under the supervision of the studio team and offers exposure to logistics coordination, material management, and production follow-up in a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with archive organization and material inventory
Support shipment preparation and order follow-up
Participate in the coordination of daily studio activities
Help maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Support workshop planning and documentation management
Provide administrative assistance to the studio team
Qualifications:
Student or recent graduate in fashion business, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Fluent in French, good English level
What You Will Learn:
After 6 months, you will have gained the professional foundation needed for a career in fashion studio coordination :
Production/ coordination oversight: Mastering the "behind-the-scenes" follow-up—an essential skill for any creative entering a major Fashion House. Practical experience in logistics and studio coordination
Heritage & Exposure: Immersive experience in a creative embroidery workshop Discovery of Indian embroidery culture.
Technical Expertise: Overview of materials and various hand-embroidery techniques.
