Overview The Studio Lead is responsible for leading the agency print (&video) production end-to-end, ensuring excellence in Creative Production & Adaptation, POSM, catalogues, retail, and marketing collateral production and quality, team performance, queue management and operational efficiency. Working closely with production artists project management, print production teams the Studio Lead drives delivery against scope, timelines, and quality benchmarks while advancing global efficiency and process improvement initiatives across.
This role combines hands-on studio leadership, people management, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Leadership & Operations
• Lead and own the overall workflow across the agency print (& Video) studio, ensuring accurate resource forecasting based on project scope and timelines provided by Project Management
• Print production planning, artwork judgment, prepress quality control, SLA management, and studio capacity planning supporting high-volume, fast-paced delivery models.
• Oversee all studio operations for a high-volume print environment, ensuring timelines, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met
• Track detailed production data and provide regular insights, efficiency analysis, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects from queue management through allocating to print or video production, with full accountability for quality standards and QC processes People & Team Leadership
• Inspire, mentor, and coach team members to deliver their best work while supporting continuous skills and career development
• Organize team collaboration and create balanced work schedules to maximize productivity, morale, and delivery outcomes
