What You'll Do
- Style models and flatlays for e-commerce, campaign, and lifestyle shoots.
- Prepare garments through steaming, ironing, and quality checks before every shoot.
- Coordinate apparel, footwear, accessories, and props to create complete looks.
- Develop mood boards and styling references aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, marketing, and creative teams during shoot planning.
- Assist in campaign ideation by contributing styling concepts and trend insights.
- Manage and organize styling inventory, accessories, and wardrobe assets.
- Pack, track, and maintain product samples before and after shoots.
- Ensure every outfit aligns with Beyoung's brand identity and current fashion trends.
- Stay updated with evolving fashion, streetwear, and styling trends to continuously elevate creative output.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion styling, e-commerce, or commercial shoots.
- Strong understanding of silhouettes, color coordination, layering, and styling principles.
- Excellent fashion sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational skills, good communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for fashion and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or a related field.
- Experience working with D2C, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of current fashion, streetwear, and consumer trends.
- Experience assisting in campaign and editorial shoots.
