Job Purpose

The Supply Chain OPUS Executive supports the successful execution of supply chain transformation initiatives by ensuring data readiness, process consistency, and operational continuity across core supply chain activities.

The role contributes to the transition of supply chain processes and systems into a more standardized, integrated, and future-ready operating model. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position supports process validation, testing activities, data quality, and operational readiness across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support supply chain transformation initiatives by ensuring process and data readiness across end-to-end operations.
  • Manage daily operational data checks and ensure data accuracy across key supply chain processes (Plan, Make, Deliver).
  • Maintain and update master data including materials, customers, suppliers, warehouses, routings, BOMs, inventory attributes, and process parameters.
  • Support process validation across critical supply chain flows such as order management, planning, warehousing, and logistics execution.
  • Participate in business testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover preparation, and hypercare support.
  • Coordinate with warehousing, logistics, production, procurement, planning, and customer service teams to identify and resolve data or process issues.
  • Execute data cleansing, quality checks, and root-cause analysis for master data and transactional issues.
  • Prepare operational analyses and reports to support decision-making during transformation and implementation phases.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and data governance practices.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new process deployments, system changes, and data-driven ways of working.

Minimum Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, IBP).
  • Strong data handling and Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of data operations, data quality, or master data management.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
  • Working proficiency in Turkish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, operations, data operations, or process improvement roles.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Exposure to supply chain processes such as order management, warehousing, demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Interest in digital transformation, systems, and operational excellence.
  • Work experience in Supply Chain or Data Operations.
