In this role, you will provide high-quality tailoring and alteration services to ensure all customers achieve the perfect fit. Day-to-day responsibilities include fittings, consultations, executing garment alterations, and assisting clients with personalized service to enhance their Suitsupply experience. You will be working closely with customers and team members to uphold the high standards of craftsmanship Suitsupply is renowned for.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Tailoring and Dressmaking, with a strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric handling techniques
- Skilled in fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit for customers
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure a positive experience
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment
- Prior experience in tailoring or alteration services is highly preferred
- A passion for fashion and quality craftsmanship
