The Role
We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive who doesn't just fill positions — they own them. You'll be at the heart of our hiring engine, sourcing and bringing in the right people across clinical, operations, and technical roles. What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across MedTech, clinical, and ops functions
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline with speed and intention
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
- Maintain clear communication at every step — no one gets ghosted on your watch
- Bring structure and accountability to every open position on your desk
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in MedTech or medical hiring (Freshers with a strong inclination toward healthcare hiring are welcome to apply)
- Someone who takes ownership — you treat every open role like it's your own problem to solve
- Exceptional communicator — warm, clear, and confident
- Comfortable working from our office and being part of a hands-on, collaborative team
- Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding
