Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
- Source both active and passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Craft personalized outreach messages and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and ensure smooth process documentation.
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. sourcing conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance).
- Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or tech-related industries.
- Solid experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with hiring managers and stakeholders across different levels.
- Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, international, or tech start-up environment.
- Basic understanding of recruitment analytics or live-reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
