Role Description
This is a full-time remote + paid travel to KSA & GCC position for a Talent Development Sales Specialist. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their talent development needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, crafting strategic sales approaches, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering long-term relationships. As a key contributor, the consultant will align offerings with client goals to deliver transformative outcomes.
Role Description
This role offers a base salary of $1000 + sales commission of between 8% to 10%. Prior experience with the GCC market is preferred especially on a B2B end to end sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Consulting, Consulting, and the ability to craft effective talent development strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships and convey impactful solutions
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client-focused strategies
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment
- Experience in the talent development or learning and development industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred
