Job Description / Responsibility
- Curriculum Planning & Instruction: Develop comprehensive lesson plans (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly), prepare teaching materials (PPTs, notes), and deliver lessons that follow national or institution-specific curricula (Cambridge).
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, create an inclusive, safe environment, and ensure students are engaged and motivated.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Create and grade exams, class tests, assignments, and quizzes. Maintain accurate records of student progress and report to parents.
- Student Support: Identify and support students needing extra assistance, including conducting counseling and monitoring attendance.
- Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student performance, attend staff meetings, and collaborate with colleagues.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in school events, sports, cultural activities, and supervise students during school functions.
Educational Requirements
- Masters / Honors
- Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Teaching, Exam Management, Educational Leadership, Creativity and Innovation, Written and Spoken, Programme Quality and Accountability
