Why you’ll love this job The Team Lead, Studio Productions supports the day-to-day execution of the in-house studio by providing hands‑on production leadership and coordination across multiple projects. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to guide content from concept through delivery, ensuring creative output aligns with brand, messaging, and quality standards. The Team Lead helps maintain efficient workflows while contributing creative input and supporting time‑sensitive production needs.

• Support the day-to-day execution of the in-house studio, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with brand standards.

• Provide hands-on creative and technical support to produce high-quality visual content that meets communication objectives.

• Serve as a working lead on studio projects, collaborating closely with producers, editors, and technical specialists to keep work on track.

• Partner with Communications, Marketing, Operations, Safety, and Training stakeholders at the project level to understand requirements and deliver aligned creative solutions.

• Coordinate production activities across the full lifecycle, from concept development through filming, editing, and final delivery.

• Contribute during time-sensitive or high-visibility projects, supporting rapid-response production needs with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Help maintain studio workflows, production schedules, and resource coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

• Contribute ideas to improve studio processes, tools, and workflows, escalating recommendations as appropriate.

• Support adherence to quality standards and best practices related to production, file management, security, and digital asset organization.

• Provide day-to-day guidance and collaboration support to peers, helping foster consistency and accountability.

• Support executives, spokespeople, or subject matter experts during recordings to ensure readiness, clarity, and alignment with messaging.

• Ensure all content and production activities comply with brand standards, regulatory requirements, confidentiality expectations, and safety practices.
All you’ll need for success

Minimum Qualifications
– Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, communications, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4+ years of experience in a studio, production, or creative environment.

Preferred Qualifications
– Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience in an in-house corporate studio or agency environment.

• Familiarity with enterprise brand standards and visual identity guidelines.

• Experience informally guiding or supporting peers on project work.

• Exposure to a variety of content formats, including video, photography, and digital media.

• Experience supporting communications in a large, complex organization.

• Experience leading others, both in-house and contractors
