About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.
- Demonstrate compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.
- Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.
- Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Technical know-how where applicable (Intermediate)
- Exposure of handling telephone enquiries
- Exposure of handling Micros Cashiering system
