- 3+ years of experience as a Tech Artist in game development
- Strong understanding of game art production and passion for visuals in gaming
- Experience working with iGaming products and slot game
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and general Adobe Suite (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of optimizing graphics for in-game use (formats, compression, size/quality balancing)
- Ability to assemble and prepare assets for the engine using internal tools (sprites, animations, UI elements)
- Ability to create or adapt in-game text elements so that they visually match the style created by the 2D artist (font choices, outlines, gradients, glows, material feel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across the project
- Ability to work collaboratively with artists, designers, and developers
- Good communication skills and ability to follow clear pipelines and specifications
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of basic 2D rendering principles (blending modes, alpha, masking, luminance, drop shadows).
- Experience in typography or UI/UX for games is a plus.
FUNCTIONS
- Integrate 2D assets, animations, and UI elements into the game engine according to specifications.
- Recreate stylized in-game text elements visually consistent with concept art (Photoshop-style effects, outlines, shadows, metallic/glow textures).
- Optimize textures and assets for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Set up materials, masks, blending modes where needed.
- Prepare atlases and correct slicing for use in the engine.
- Collaborate closely with artists, animators, game designers, and developers to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain structure and cleanliness of asset libraries and naming conventions.
