Your role: Technical 3D Artist (f/m/x) – 3D Configurator
You think visually and you're eager to grow your technical craft. As a 3D Artist, you'll join our Configurator pipeline team, learn how high-end real-time assets come to life, and help us refine and improve our workflows along the way. This is a starting role: you'll work closely with experienced artists who'll support you, give you feedback, and help you level up fast. Your mission: create clean, beautiful 3D assets and grow into the pipeline that powers them.
What you'll do:
- Create and prepare 3D assets through modeling, texturing, rendering, and lighting.
- Texture and detail assets using Substance Painter.
- Set up materials, lighting, and renders with Octane.
- Build and adjust models and node-based setups in Blender.
- Support the team in assembling configurator experiences in Unreal.
- Learn our pipeline standards and help refine and document workflows.
- Prepare and hand off assets in a clean, structured, pipeline-ready format.
- Grow into performance optimization – learning to debug and tune assets for different devices and browsers.
- Get familiar with configurator backend logic, including product variants and asset deployment.
What you bring:
- Comfortable working with Blender, Octane, Unreal, and Substance Painter (studies, internships, or personal projects all count).
- Solid foundational skills in modeling, texturing, rendering, and lighting.
- A first understanding of (and curiosity about) node-based workflows.
- A structured, detail-oriented mindset and an eye for quality.
- Above all: eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and the drive to grow.
