- Strong understanding of pattern development, sample making, and fabric/trim consumption
- Hands-on experience in woven and knit garment construction
- Ability to conduct and lead factory audits, PP meetings, and pre-production risk analysis
- Strong capability in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Willingness to work on the factory floor, closely supporting production teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach to problem solving
