POSITION GOALS
• The Digital Content and Design Assistant reports directly to the Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager and provides creative and production support for the College’s marketing and communications initiatives. This role assists in the development of visually engaging digital and print materials that support marketing campaigns, events, and institutional communications. Working under the direction of the Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, the position focuses on the design and production of graphics for multiple platforms, including social media, web, email, and print.
The role supports the execution of marketing campaigns by preparing creative assets and ensuring materials align with Camden County College’s established brand standards. The Digital Content & Design Assistant serves as a key production and design support role, helping implement marketing initiatives by developing high-quality visual materials and maintaining organized digital design assets.

Job Description
• Provide design and production support to the Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, web banners, email graphics, signage, and other promotional materials.
• Create visually engaging graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, following established brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Prepare and optimize images and graphics for digital and print use, including resizing, cropping, compression, and format selection.
• Prepare files for professional print production, ensuring correct sizing, resolution, bleed, and export specifications.
• Maintain institutional brand standards across all design materials, including logos, typography, colors, and layout.
• Assist the Marketing and Communications team with the development of visual assets for campaigns, events, and institutional communications.
