Qualification
- Ideate daily TikTok content based on trends, insights, and pain points
- Execute daily end-to-end content (shoot, edit, post) with speed and consistency
- Create strong hooks and storytelling to maximize retention & shares
- Translate trends into Catto-relevant, high-performing content
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate fast on what works
- Develop repeatable content series and formats
- Ensure all content reflects Catto’s tone: honest, bold, and relatable
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or growing TikTok accounts (personal or brand)
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content formats
- Ability to create fast, engaging content with strong hooks and storytelling
- Skilled in basic video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
- Comfortable filming yourself or directing simple content shoots
- Deep understanding of Indonesian internet culture and audience behavior
- Fast-moving, proactive, and able to execute ideas quickly without overthinking
- Have cats
