Work Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead brand’s presence on Tik Tok. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Tik Tok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Tik Tok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Grow social media channels [Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook] reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more and more creators. manage contact, etc.
- Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly Tik Tok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
- Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
- Manage Tik Tok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
- Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.
- Proven experience managing Tik Tok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.
- Strong video editing skills using in-app tools or third-party software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- A deep understanding of Tik Tok culture, humor, and trends.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on tight deadlines.
- Experience working for an E-commerce company.
