Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quito for a Travel Designer. The Travel Designer will be responsible for creating unique and personalized travel itineraries, managing client travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The role include collaboration with local service providers, ensuring quality control, and addressing client inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Experience with Travel Arrangements, including itinerary creation and trip customization
- Expertise in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Skill in managing Reservations and working with platforms and booking systems
- Fluency in both English is mandatory
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of Ecuador as a travel destination and Peru as a plus
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry +3 years
