- Ability to craft a complete Construction Proposal, from construction documents, for presentation to project ownership.
- Experience drafting Requests for Information, Submittal Packages, Meeting Agendas, etc. and maintaining logs for same.
- Procure, compile and qualify bids from subcontractors and prepare Bid-Tabs for owner approval.
- Familiarity with construction software.

Job Details Requirements:
Must have retail construction experience- tenant improvement and renovation, some ground up
They like candidates who have worked on commercial projects such as big box retailers, grocery stores, department stores etc
