🔎 What are we looking for?

We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to help create high-converting, visually strong, and user-friendly experiences across a portfolio of digital and physical product brands.

This role sits in a fast-paced growth environment where design is expected to move quickly, support business goals, and continuously improve through testing and iteration.

You’ll work closely with performance marketers, copywriters, developers, and brand teams to turn customer insights, campaign goals, and brand direction into polished experiences that drive measurable impact.

🚀 You will:

Design and optimize key experiences: landing pages, PDPs, collection pages, checkout flows, bundles, upsells, post-purchase, and lead capture journeys.

  • Design and optimize key ecommerce experiences, including landing pages, product detail pages, collection pages, checkout journeys, bundles, upsells, post-purchase flows, lead capture pages, and campaign pages.
  • Translate growth goals into clear, intuitive UX solutions that improve conversion rate, average order value, customer acquisition efficiency, retention, and overall user experience.
  • Create strong visual designs that balance brand storytelling, usability, clarity, and commercial performance.
  • Design A/B test-ready page variants with clear hypotheses, strong UX rationale, and polished execution.
  • Build and evolve reusable UI patterns, components, and design guidelines that can scale across multiple brands.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers and copywriters to shape landing page structure, content hierarchy, messaging flow, and customer journeys.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
  • Create mobile-first, responsive, accessible-aware ecommerce designs that feel smooth, clear, and easy to use.
  • Support design QA by reviewing live pages, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring the final experience matches the intended design.
  • Use customer behavior, analytics insights, heatmaps, A/B test learnings, and best practices to improve designs over time.

🎨 What we’re looking for:

  • Proven UI/UX design experience and a strong portfolio showing shipped work, not only concepts, with clear rationale behind design decisions.
  • Excellent visual design fundamentals, including layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, color, imagery, and brand consistency.
  • Strong UX thinking, especially around customer journeys, page structure, conversion flows, mobile experiences, and reducing friction.
  • Ability to turn briefs, customer insights, and marketing objectives into clear and effective design solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality across multiple brands and campaigns.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and frequent iterations.
  • Clear communication, ownership mentality, and ability to explain design decisions in a simple, structured way.
  • Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, design systems, prototyping, and clean file organization.

🏆 Working style (how you operate):

You are someone who:

  • Thinks like both a designer and a customer.
  • Cares about beautiful design, but also understands that design must sell, guide, and convert.
  • Moves quickly without sacrificing clarity or craft.
  • Enjoys testing, learning, and improving designs based on real user behavior.
  • Can balance brand expression with performance goals.
  • Takes ownership from idea to final implementation review.
  • Works well with marketers, copywriters, developers, and brand stakeholders.
  • Is comfortable designing for multiple brands with different audiences, tones, and visual identities.
