1/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & User Research (30%)

  • Market Analysis: Lead deep-dive research into global financial competitors (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, S&P Global) to maintain FiinGroup’s competitive edge.
  • AI-Enhanced Research: Utilize AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, or specialized UX Research AI) to synthesize user feedback, build personas, and validate behavioral hypotheses.
  • Audit & Optimization: Conduct rigorous UX reviews and audits to identify friction points in B2B dashboards and propose data-driven structural improvements.

Design Execution & System Management (40%)

  • Advanced UI Design: Craft sophisticated Lo-fi/Hi-fi wireframes and interactive prototypes for Web, Mobile, and Terminal interfaces.
  • Design System Governance: Build, scale, and maintain a robust Corporate Design System. Ensure modularity and seamless "Design-to-Code" handovers.
  • AI Workflow Integration: Leverage AI-powered plugins and platforms (e.g., Galileo AI, Relume, v0.dev) for rapid concept exploration, UI writing, and automated asset generation.

Leadership & Collaboration (30%)

  • Mentorship: Directly guide and provide professional feedback to Junior/Mid-level designers to elevate the team’s output quality.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with POs, PMs, and Lead Developers to align the design roadmap with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Pitching: Present and defend design solutions to the Board of Management (BOM) using logical storytelling and usability data.

2/ JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX or Product Design. Strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in Fintech, Banking, SaaS, or B2B Data Visualization.
  • AI Mastery: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into daily workflows (Research, Copywriting, Component generation).
  • Familiarity with designing "AI-first" interfaces (LLM interactions, predictive dashboards).
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert level in Figma (Variables, Advanced Prototyping, Auto Layout 5.0).
  • Deep understanding of Information Architecture, Usability Testing, and Accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data logic.
  • Excellent English proficiency (Technical reading and professional presentation).
  • Strong "Problem-solving" attitude and ability to thrive under high-pressure project timelines.
