INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
* Reliable transportation to and from work
* Ability to work off hours (nights, weekends, holidays) when needed
* Must get college credit for internship
* Student must major in broadcast journalism, video production, or other communications degree
* Internship is unpaid
* Good attitude
* Ability to work well and collaborate with others and willingness to learn
* Ability to withstand working in elements (heat, rain, snow)
INTERNSHIP DETAILS:
* Internship will be well supervised with regular meetings with newsroom or production managers
* Internship provides hands-on learning experiences in real-world scenarios
* At the end of the internship, students should have some real-world examples, such as a resume reel, of the work they can do and what they’ve done during the internship
