Role Description
This is a remote contract role for a User Experience Researcher with over 4+ years of experience. The successful candidate will conduct thorough user research, apply design thinking frameworks, gather and analyze user feedback, identify user needs, and communicate actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive solutions is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in User Research, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and UX Research methodologies
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking principles and applying them in user-centered projects
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to derive insights from qualitative and quantitative data
- Proficient in communicating research findings and translating them into actionable design recommendations
- Experience working remotely and independently in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields
- Experience in technical or software development teams is a plus
- English proficiency.
