Senior UI/UX Designer | Full-time | $2,500–$3,000/month + PTO
📍 100% Remote · LATAM
Are you a senior designer who combines strong visual craft with deep e-commerce expertise — and loves shaping digital experiences that convert? Masseuse Health Co — a 100% Australian family-owned health and wellness company operating four distinct brands (Masseuse Massage Chairs, Masseuse Health Co, Guard Labs, and Summer + Lily) — is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the customer experience across their entire brand portfolio.
🎯 What you'll do:
Design clean, intuitive, on-brand user experiences across web and mobile; create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs; optimize key e-commerce journeys including product pages, collection pages, and checkout flows; build and maintain design systems and component libraries; collaborate closely with the web developer for seamless design handoff and implementation; apply CRO principles and translate data into design decisions; conduct user research and usability testing; and support A/B testing and continuous design improvement initiatives across four growing brands.
✅ What they're looking for:
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Extensive Shopify design experience — themes, sections, and blocks (required)
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus and multi-store environments
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Strong visual design skills — typography, layout, color theory, and grid systems
- Solid understanding of CRO, usability principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Strong communication skills — able to present work and manage stakeholder expectations clearly
- Excellent written and verbal English
🌟 Bonus points for: motion design or micro-interaction experience; GA4 or Hotjar analytics familiarity; A/B testing background; or basic HTML/CSS front-end knowledge.
