We’re hiring a Video Editor at Konvo Media
We’re looking for a video editor who understands short-form content, storytelling, and audience retention.
This role is perfect for someone with around 1–3 years of editing experience who has worked on reels, podcasts, You Tube content, or creator-led videos.
What you’ll work on:
Editing Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, podcast clips, and long-form podcast content.
What we’re looking for:
Someone who:
Understands short-form video editing
Knows how to create engaging reels with strong pacing
Has basic understanding of hooks, subtitles, sound design, B-rolls, and retention
Is comfortable working on podcast-style content
Is creative, fast-learning, and open to feedback
Wants to grow with a media/content company
You don’t need to be a senior editor. But you should have good taste, basic editing experience, and the hunger to improve every week.
