Role Description The Video Editor role at Zwe Htet Gold & Jewellery is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandalay/Yangon. The Video Editor is responsible for editing product and brand videos, including cutting footage, adding transitions, sound, and visual effects to create engaging content for social media, online platforms, and in-store displays. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, applying consistent color grading and motion graphics, and ensuring all videos align with brand guidelines. The role also involves preparing video assets in different formats, managing video archives, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual campaigns.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production to handle end-to-end creation of product and promotional videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual style and enhance the appearance of jewelry products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual elements that support storytelling and branding.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing skills.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail and marketing environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Mandalay/Yangon.
- Previous experience in commercial, retail, or jewelry-related video projects is an advantage.
