We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, financially disciplined, and skilled at solving production challenges without compromising the creative idea.

- Manage estimates, bids, actual costs, contingencies, change orders, and project reconciliation.
- Identify risks early and provide practical options when budget, timing, or feasibility becomes a concern.
- Oversee editorial, color, sound, motion, retouching, approvals, versioning, and delivery.
- Keep project plans, decisions, owners, and next steps current.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of integrated production experience at an agency, production company, or brand studio.
- Strong experience producing live-action commercial, branded, social, or product-focused work.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels and deliverable types.
- Strong knowledge of production budgets, bidding, scheduling, and reconciliation.
- Clear communication with clients, creative teams, crews, vendors, and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and consistently follow through.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for in-office collaboration, scouts, and shoots.
