Role Description: The Videographer is responsible for planning, filming, and producing high-quality video content to support the company’s marketing, branding, and promotional activities. This role focuses on creating engaging videos for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and company promotions.
Roles & Responsibility (R&R)
Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns
- Capture video footage for products, company events, promotions, and social media content
- Create engaging short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Ensure high-quality video composition, lighting, and audio
Video Editing
- Edit and produce videos using professional editing software
- Add music, captions, graphics, and visual effects
- Optimize videos for different digital platforms
- Willing to learn new tools/Program to improve productivity
Creative Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team and content creators to develop video concepts
- Ensure the shooting schedule is completed as planned
- Produce creative and engaging promotional videos
- Follow brand guidelines
Equipment Management
- Operate and maintain video equipment such as cameras, lighting, microphones, and stabilizers
- Ensure proper setup during video production
- Ensure all design files are properly stored
Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and company events
- Video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
- Knowledge of short-form video trends
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in video shooting and editing with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in video equipment and editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
- Basic knowledge of storytelling and video production techniques
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work on different types of projects and environments
