Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our dynamic media and marketing team. This is a key role within the organisation, ideal for an experienced individual with a strong eye for visual storytelling and a passion for producing high-quality, impactful content.

This is a full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to craft engaging visual content that aligns with our premium healthcare brand and marketing objectives. You will play a central role in capturing patient journeys, surgical transformations, and brand-led campaigns, helping to elevate the hospital’s presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both filming and post-production, and the ability to operate confidently within a clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content across a range of projects, including:
  • Patient journeys and testimonials
  • Surgical and treatment-based content (where appropriate and consented)
  • Promotional campaigns and social media content
  • Corporate and brand storytelling videos
  • Lead end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
  • Capture content in a clinical setting with professionalism, discretion, and sensitivity
  • Collaborate with senior management and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone, and strategic objectives
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance engagement and brand positioning

Edit footage using industry-standard software to create compelling, high-end content

Apply

  • Colour grading
  • Motion graphics
  • Visual effects (Cap Cut/Adobe or similar)
  • Optimise content for multiple platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, website, and paid media

Technical & Production Management

  • Manage all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, framing, and camera operation
  • Maintain and manage all filming and editing equipment
  • Keep an organised archive of raw footage and completed projects for future use

Compliance & Standards

Ensure all content adheres to:

  • GDPR and patient confidentiality standards
  • Medical advertising regulations
  • Internal brand and quality guidelines
  • Work closely with clinical teams to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all content
  • Work collaboratively with surgeons, clinicians, and the wider team
  • Report directly to senior management on content output, performance, and opportunities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality work
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional videography/content creation role

Proficiency in:

  • Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing software
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Lighting techniques
    • Composition and framing
    • Audio capture and production
    • Excellent video editing skills with a strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail
    • Solid understanding of photography principles
    • Experience working within healthcare, aesthetics, or regulated environments
    • Knowledge of social media content strategy and performance optimisation
    • Motion graphics and animation experience
    • Drone videography (licensed preferred)
