Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer with a strong passion for social media content to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and delivering high-quality video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Linked In, and Facebook. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and understands what performs well in today’s short‑form video landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot engaging short‑form and long‑form video content for social media campaigns, product launches, behind‑the‑scenes, events, testimonials, and brand storytelling.
- Operate full‑frame mirrorless cameras (Nikon z8, etc.) and related gear fluently.
- Set up and manage professional lighting, audio (wireless lavs, shotgun mics, boom), and stabilization (gimbal, slider, tripod) for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Film vertical (9:16) and horizontal content while maintaining high production value even under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm video concepts that align with trending formats, audio, and platform algorithms.
- Perform light editing (color correction, cuts, basic motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design) using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Cap Cut when needed.
- Ensure all footage is properly organized, backed up, and delivered on time.
- Stay current with social media video trends, shooting techniques, and platform best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience shooting video specifically for social media platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social‑first video work (please include links to Instagram/Tik Tok/You Tube profiles or reels).
- Expert‑level proficiency with full‑frame mirrorless cameras — including manual settings, exposure, color profiles (S‑Log, C‑Log, etc.), and post‑production workflows.
- Solid understanding of cinematic storytelling, framing, lighting, and audio capture for fast‑paced social content.
- Experience with gimbal operation (DJI Ronin, etc.) and mobile video workflows is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Own reliable transportation.
