About The Role
We are currently seeking a talented and innovative Visual Designer to join our creative team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of our brand, especially as we undergo a brand refresh and develop our new AI-powered product, Bizy. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with our Senior Art Director and marketing professionals to produce compelling visual content across multiple channels. Your work will influence how our brand is perceived—vibrant, authentic, and progressive—and will help tell our evolving story to diverse audiences. This position offers significant room for growth and creative freedom, allowing you to contribute to strategic brand initiatives and push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Your expertise will help define the personality of our mascot, maintain brand consistency, and explore innovative applications of AI in design workflows.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional visual design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating range, craft, and considered visual thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Understanding of brand systems, visual consistency, and design principles
- Interest or experience in character design, illustration systems, or mascot development
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality and attention to detail
- Curiosity about AI-assisted creative tools and their integration into workflows
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative decisions clearly
- Experience working in fast-paced, scrappy environments such as startups or small teams
- Desire to learn, grow, and collaborate with senior creative mentors
Responsibilities
- Create and execute visual assets for campaigns, landing pages, social media, events, and sales presentations
- Develop and maintain components within the brand design system to ensure consistency and usability
- Define and evolve the visual identity of Bizy, including the mascot's personality and expressions across various contexts
- Partner with marketing to translate brand positioning and narratives into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital surfaces
- Empower team members to produce on-brand materials for social media, email campaigns, and events
- Stay updated on current design trends and emerging AI tools, sharing insights with the team
- Experiment with generative AI tools to enhance creative output and define new standards of quality
- Contribute ideas and strategic thinking to elevate the overall creative direction of the brand
