Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with creative visual merchandising techniques
• Alternating displays and windows with seasons and events
• Analyze Oracle figures for effective product placement
• Communicate visual merchandising insights to Town Merchandiser
• Set up and monitor in-store promotions
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of visual merchandising experience
• Creative flair for product coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to promote high hygiene and maintenance standards
