Role Description
This opportunity to serve as a Xiao Hong Shu (小红书) Coordinator｜内容运营专员 at Vision University College. Based on-site in Petaling Jaya, the intern will manage and create engaging content tailored specifically for Xiao Hong Shu to promote the institution's healthcare programs and services. Daily responsibilities include developing post ideas, creating visually appealing content, scheduling posts, engaging with the online community, and analyzing campaign performance. Collaboration with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals will also be vital.
Qualifications
- Content Development: Knowledge of creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, especially Xiao Hong Shu (小红书).
- Marketing Skills: Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing, and community engagement strategies.
- Communication and Writing: Strong written communication skills in Mandarin and English to craft compelling posts and interact with the audience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
- Creativity and Innovation: A strong ability to think creatively and design content that resonates with diverse audiences.
