Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Yard Person to join our team in an on-site role based in Abbotsford, BC. The Yard Person will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the yard, keeping the shop clean, cleaning equipment, parts pickup and delivery. Additional duties to be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in basic mechanical knowledge
- Experience operating machinery and equipment safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- forklift certification is a plus
- Prior experience in the agricultural or equipment industry is an asset
