Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a YouTube Content Producer based in Seoul, South Korea. The successful candidate will conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality video content for Build Block's YouTube channel. Responsibilities include managing the entire production process from pre-production to post-production, collaborating with marketing teams to craft engaging content strategies, researching trending topics, and ensuring the final outputs align with the company's branding and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full production process for U.S.-based vlogs and Korean podcast content, including planning, filming, directing, editing, and delivering high-quality final content
• Participate in on-site projects and field shoots during U.S. business trips, collaborating with local stakeholders and global teams through English-based communication
• Conduct research on the U.S. real estate market and global industry trends to develop content concepts and scripts
• Manage and produce content for Build Block’s social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while aligning with the company’s brand identity and global business strategy
Qualifications
• Experience in YouTube content planning and channel management
• Hands-on experience producing content using filming equipment such as DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, and DJI Osmo devices
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and content trends, especially on YouTube and Instagram
• Comfortable with international business travel and English-based communication

• 미국 현지 vlog 및 한국 Podcast 콘텐츠의 기획·촬영·연출·편집 전 과정 수행 및 완성도 높은 콘텐츠 제작
• 미국 출장 기반 현지 프로젝트 및 현장 촬영, 영어 기반 커뮤니케이션을 통한 현지 관계자 및 글로벌 팀 협업
• 미국 부동산 시장 및 글로벌 산업 트렌드 리서치 기반 콘텐츠 기획 및 대본 작성
• YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn 등 Build Block SNS 채널 운영 및 브랜드 방향성과 글로벌 사업 전략을 반영한 콘텐츠 기획·제작
자격요건
• YouTube 콘텐츠 기획 및 채널 운영 경험 보유자
• DSLR, 미러리스, Osmo 등 촬영 장비를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작 경험 보유자
• Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro 등 영상 편집 소프트웨어 활용 가능자
• YouTube, Instagram 등 디지털 플랫폼 및 콘텐츠 트렌드에 대한 이해도가 높은 분
• 해외 출장 및 영어 기반 커뮤니케이션에 어려움이 없으신 분
