Our Power+ Graduate Program jumpstarts your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across three 6-month work assignments before moving into a permanent position. Freedom to choose the three assignments based on business need and personal interests to craft an individual program. Possible to conduct international assignments during 2nd and 3rd assignment period.
While you are a full-time, permanent team member, each assignment will be within a different part of our business and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities within different segments. Your responsibilitie
- As part of Power+ Trainee, you will be attending three assignments locally and globally. (First assignment will be locally in Japan)
- Featured Assignments: quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D, and many more

- Work closely with your rotational managers to achieve all business goals you are expected to deliver

- Work with exciting technologies in our domain space (e.g; HVDC, transformers, grid protection and control, HV circuit breakers, etc.) and the advancements which we can transfer from other sectors (examples range from plasma physics to software architecture

- Promote the program internally and externally using your network and available tools and channels

Your background
- You must be fluent (atleast business level) and able to be interviewed in both Japanese and English
- You are either, 1) a student graduating in 2027 with a STEM degree. 2) Graudated within recent 2 years with a STEM degree. Degree in electrical / mechanical engineering is a plus.
- You are able to relocate for 3 rotations across local/global for business purposes – relocation assistance is provided. High interest to thrive and grow your career in the Electrical/Energy industry
