Beverage Brothers is growing and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team in Tauranga. We're in the business of getting great drinks brands to market across New Zealand – from premium wines and craft beer to contemporary spirits and RTDs. We move fast, back our people, and genuinely love what we do. If you're a seasoned sales professional with FMCG experience and a passion for building real customer relationships, this one's for you.
The Role:
You'll manage a portfolio of Retail Liquor and Grocery accounts across your territory — growing existing relationships and developing new business.
Day to day, that means:
→ Growing and developing new and existing accounts
→ Building strong, lasting customer relationships
→ Hitting and exceeding your sales targets
What We're Looking For:
→ Proven sales and territory management experience (FMCG preferred)
→ A customer-first mindset and natural relationship builder
→ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident working autonomously
