This role is responsible for driving Apple business growth across Education, Enterprise, and SMB channels through omnichannel/O2O strategy. The position will lead commercial execution, manage principal relationships, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strong business performance, sales growth, and brand execution across all channels. The ideal candidate should have strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and experience in retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Apple E&E + SMB business performance across O2O channels
  • Translate principal strategy into actionable execution plans
  • Lead collaboration across Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Operations teams
  • Drive business decision-making with strong analytical and commercial insights
  • Manage relationships with principals and represent the company in strategic business reviews
  • Ensure alignment of commercial strategy, promotions, and brand execution across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial, retail, or general management roles
  • Strong background in FMCG, consumer electronics, smartphone, or premium retail industry
  • Experience handling principal relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven track record in managing P&L and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in omnichannel/O2O business is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and high-visibility environments
