We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Artisan Baker to join our creative kitchen team in Goa.
This isn’t an assembly-line bakery role. This is a space for someone who genuinely loves the craft of baking – someone who enjoys working directly with ingredients, creating beautiful products by hand, and constantly learning through the process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Crafting bakery products such as croissants, sourdough breads, buns, and other baked goods
- Preparing pastry items including cookies, cakes, desserts, and cake decorations
- Experimenting with new recipes, flavors, and techniques
- Managing product quality and consistency
- Working alongside a small, passionate team that truly cares about food and craftsmanship
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has solid hands-on baking experience
- Understands baking fundamentals and production processes
- Is clean, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Brings curiosity, energy, and love for the craft every day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary course certification
- Experience in bakery and pastry-making fields
