Key Responsibilities:
– Design and develop innovative arts and crafts workshops tailored for corporate teams.
– Conduct hands-on workshops in a fun, engaging, and interactive manner.
– Source materials and prepare workshop kits based on project requirements.
– Engage participants of all skill levels and ensure an enjoyable experience.
– Manage workshop logistics, including setup, cleanup, and maintaining inventory.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Prior experience in conducting arts and crafts workshops or related training sessions.
– Background in art, design, crafting, or education is a plus.
– Experience working with corporate clients is an advantage.
– Able to communicate in Mandarin & English is preferable.
Skills Required:
– Strong creativity and innovation in designing craft projects.
– Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
– Ability to engage and inspire workshop participants.
– Organized and detail-oriented in managing workshop materials and schedules.
– Ability to adapt workshops to different group sizes, skill levels, and corporate themes.
