Role Description
Archipelago is looking to sub-contract hands-on craftsmen as Lead Detailers and Detail Specialists. If you find satisfaction in taking any automobile from ‘dirty’ to ‘flawless’ we want to talk to you.
Our meticulous, high-energy no-drama crew must be passionate about vehicle aesthetics, respectful of service protocols, and enthusiastic about client delivery standards.
The Non-Negotiables:
Obsessive Attention to Detail: You don't just wipe down a dashboard; you use a detailing brush on the vents.
Physical Stamina: You can stand, bend, and kneel for 8 hours and aren't afraid of a little elbow grease.
Reliability: You show up on time, with a valid driver’s license and police certificate of character.
Portfolio (Preferred): Share photos of a vehicle you transformed.
