Saigon Social is on a mission to help people discover, learn, and go deeper into Vietnam’s food and drink industry, with a focus on its fast-growing culinary, craft and artisan scene.
We bring this to life through B2B and B2B MICE workshops, tastings, tours, and maker-led sessions that offer a deeper, more thoughtful look at the industry. Each experience is curated by Singaporean food writer and consultant Jovel Chan, who has been closely following Vietnam’s F&B scene and trends since 2020.
Today, we work with over 40 local partners across coffee, chocolate, craft spirits, tea, and more, and stay closely connected to new products, trends, and techniques shaping the market.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Business Development & Partnerships superstar, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves identifying and pursuing B2B partnership opportunities, conducting market research to identify trends and potential collaborators, and developing strategies for growth. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with food and beverage producers, fostering connections with corporate clients, and assisting with lead generation and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach and market research
• Build and manage relationships with travel, hospitality, and corporate partners
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and close deals
• Drive bookings by sourcing, converting, and closing leads
• Manage partner accounts to ensure smooth delivery and repeat business
• Track and manage the sales pipeline from lead to conversion
• Represent Saigon Social at meetings and industry events
Desired Qualifications
• 2–4 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or events is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Proven ability in lead generation, market research, and closing deals
• Familiarity with Vietnam’s F&B industry is a plus
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluent in English, Vietnamese preferred
