B2B Partner Marketing Manager Jobs in London Area, United Kingdom at Cotta

Title: B2B Partner Marketing Manager

Company: Cotta

Location: London Area, United Kingdom

About Cotta

We're building an exclusive, curated food marketplace connecting discerning customers with the finest independent makers, producers, and artisans in their area. We believe you shouldn't have to choose between convenience and quality — so we've blended the accessibility of a digital platform with the integrity and craft of a genuinely premium brand. Think of it as bringing the soulfulness of a food market, and the intimacy of a supper club, straight to your door.

Everything we do comes back to provenance, care, and excellence. For customers, that means a genuinely better way to discover and receive outstanding food and ingredients. For our partners — home chefs, artisan producers, small-batch makers — it means real tools and real support to grow on their own terms, with their craft and authenticity fully intact.

We're still early in the journey, and that's precisely what makes this exciting. We're assembling an exceptional team to help us build something special from the ground up. If you want to be part of a story from the very beginning, this is your moment.

About the Role

Here's the thing about Cotta. The quality of our partner community is everything. Without an exceptional, curated roster of producers and makers, there is no marketplace worth talking about. That's why this role is so important to us.

As our B2B Partner Marketing Manager, you'll sit right at the heart of how we find, attract, and grow our partner base. You'll work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Sales team to shape curation strategy — identifying the kinds of partners we should be going after, and bringing the intelligence and campaigns needed to get them through the door. You'll also work alongside our Partner Concierge team to develop tailored growth strategies for partners who are already with us, helping them perform better and feel even more invested in Cotta as a long-term home for their business.

This isn't a back-office marketing role. It's commercial, it's strategic, and it requires someone who's comfortable building things from scratch. You'll need to be as confident designing a demand generation funnel as you are writing a compelling partner-facing email. If you're a natural self-starter with a genuine love of food, hospitality, and building something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Own our B2B partner marketing strategy, building demand and lead generation programmes that create a strong, qualified pipeline for the Sales team
  • Work with the CCO and Sales to develop curation strategies that define the kinds of partners we're actively pursuing, ensuring our marketplace mix reflects the quality, range, and vision we're building towards
  • Proactively identify and target new partner prospects and new partner categories, bringing market intelligence and outreach recommendations that keep us ahead of our growth ambitions
  • Partner with our Partner Concierge team to build individual partner growth strategies, spotting opportunities to deepen engagement and help partners perform better on the platform
  • Build and manage HubSpot sequences, workflows, and reporting to support both acquisition and lifecycle marketing, keeping the pipeline clean, tracked, and moving
  • Create partner-facing marketing assets, outreach materials, and communications that feel unmistakably Cotta
  • Work closely with Sales and the CCO to align on strategy, messaging, and targeting, maintaining a tight feedback loop between what marketing is doing and what Sales is hearing on the ground
  • Track, measure, and report on pipeline health, campaign performance, and partner growth metrics, using what you learn to keep sharpening the approach
  • Support content creation for partner-facing channels, including social media and Canva materials, where it serves our acquisition and engagement goals

Requirements

  • Solid 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or a closely related commercial role
  • Confident with HubSpot, including pipeline management, workflow design, and reporting
  • A track record of building and optimising lead and demand generation funnels that actually deliver results
  • A genuinely commercial mindset: you understand what prospective partners need to hear and when, and you connect your work directly to business outcomes
  • Seriously organised, with strong project and programme management skills and a real commitment to documenting your work properly
  • High tech IQ and a natural appetite for working across modern tools and platforms
  • A start-up mentality: you're proactive, adaptable, and you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Canva skills and social media content creation experience are a real bonus

What We Offer

  • A founding role with genuine ownership, where you'll help shape how the partner marketing function is built from the ground up
  • Direct access to senior leadership and real input into strategy from day one
  • A close-knit, high-standards team that cares deeply about what we're building and how we build it
  • The chance to be part of something genuinely different in the food and marketplace world, right at the moment it's taking shape
