Requirement:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in technology, software development, and the IT industry.
- Familiar with common programming terms and understands different tech roles such as Backend Engineer, Frontend Engineer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Data Engineer, UI/UX Designer, and others.
- Keeps up with current technology trends and enjoys learning about new developments in the tech space.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Curious, proactive, and self-driven in exploring topics related to technology and programming.
- Friendly, humble, and able to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
- Familiarity with tech communities is a plus. Candidates without prior exposure should be willing to actively research and engage with the local tech ecosystem.
- Experience working in a technology company is a plus, but not required.
- Educational background in IT or Computer Science is not mandatory.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup and attend external events and community activities.
