Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, juices, smoothies and food
- Take customer orders accurately, process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills, and operate POS systems smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Handle food preparation tasks including assembling food items, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness in food handling areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café environment by sanitizing workstations, counters, and equipment regularly.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times for customers.
- Support food service operations by assisting with food delivery to tables or take-out orders as needed.
Requirements/Other
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with diverse guests.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Previous experience in coffee preparation or serving beverages is highly desirable.
- Reliable transportation and reliability to arrive to work on time
- Availability to show up for work consistently and not call out regularly
- Note the base pay is $9/hr + tips with the opportunity for raised based on 90-day evaluation and performance

Pay: $22.73 – $27.38 per hour
