Position: County Arts Lab Exhibition Coordinator Role
Be part of the Prince Edward County Arts Council as an Exhibitions Coordinator for the County Arts Lab’s summer season. Help to deliver memorable art exhibitions and events.
In this position, you will coordinate with the Programs team to bring summer exhibitions like Art in the County to life. Candidates aged 15-30 will thrive in this collaborative environment as you support event rentals. The role demands 35 hours per week on-site at our Picton location, including potential evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in organizing summer exhibition events
• Collaborate with the Programs team on execution plans
• Help coordinate Art in the County exhibition logistics
• Facilitate preparations for Activate Arts events
• Ensure all exhibitions and rentals operate smoothly
Requirements:
• Must be aged 15-30 at the beginning of employment
• Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee status
• Valid Social Insurance Number required
• 35 hours per week availability on-site
• Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work
