Creative Content Director (Copy-Led, Hands-On)

An independent, fast-growth creative agency is looking for a copy-led Creative Content Director to help shape the next chapter of its creative offering across a growing portfolio of global healthcare, technology and lifestyle brands.

This role is rooted in content as much as campaigns.

We're looking for a senior creative who has built their career within content-led agencies and integrated environments rather than traditional advertising agencies alone. Someone who understands how brands show up through content ecosystems — creating ideas that extend beyond a single campaign and into films, social, thought leadership, editorial programmes, toolkits and always-on communications.

You'll have come up through the craft of writing and storytelling before progressing into creative leadership, but you'll still love being close to the work itself.

This isn't a role for someone who simply reviews and signs things off. We're looking for a hands-on Creative Content Director who enjoys shaping narratives, refining copy, building presentations and helping teams turn strong thinking into exceptional creative.

You'll thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy the energy that comes with a growing business and know how to maintain high standards whilst managing multiple workstreams and clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading creative development from brief through to delivery across a diverse client portfolio.

• Developing integrated ideas spanning content, social, film, digital and broader campaign activity.

• Creating messaging frameworks, campaign narratives and storytelling approaches.

• Writing and refining scripts, presentations, headlines and key creative narratives.

• Partnering with Strategy to translate insight into compelling creative solutions.

• Presenting and selling ideas to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

• Collaborating closely with Creative, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to life.

• Mentoring and developing creatives whilst remaining actively involved in the work.

• Championing exceptional standards of craft across every output.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience as a copy-led Creative Director or Creative Content Director within content, integrated or creative agencies.

• A career that started in writing and storytelling, with a portfolio demonstrating both conceptual thinking and exceptional craft.

• Strong experience building content-rich programmes and integrated communications across multiple channels.

• Experience working with healthcare, technology or similarly complex global brands.

• Someone comfortable operating at pace without compromising quality.

• Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to influence senior clients and internal stakeholders.

• A collaborative, low-ego approach and genuine passion for making the work better.
